Abstract

Abstract: This article analysis human rights with a gender perspective. It poses the question about rethinking women’s human rights taking into account women’s claims and interests. Reproduction and gender violence are analysed as paradigmatic cases which demand human rights protection. Although in the last years new human rights tools have been progressively built in the international sphere, protection is still incomplete.
