Abstract
In the previous article of this series (Perry, 2016) the acquisition of diagnostic dental radiographs was explored. Acquisition is clearly the first step in unlocking the benefits of dental radiography; this article reviews the subsequent radiological interpretation of dental radiographs. This includes initial image assessment, fault identification, normal anatomy and common pathological findings.
