Abstract
Research of C.L. Hagopian and of J. Krasinkiewicz and P. Minc concerning density of arc components in planar λ-dendroids is generalized to apply to semi-hereditarily unicoherent, ω-connected plane continua. Examples are given showing limits to possible further generalizations and answering a question, of Hagopian and the authors, about conditions that assure that an almost arcwise connected continuum is an almost Peano continuum.
