Abstract

The dengue fever which caused by vector aedes mosquito, which is an arboviral infection that can cause anything from a mild flu-like sickness to hemorrhagic symptoms. The case of a 35-year-old man with dengue fever and accompanying hemorrhagic symptoms is presented here. In this case the patient presented with melena as a complication of dengue with recurrent high grade fever.In order to clarify the diagnosis, and treatment of hemorrhagic symptoms in dengue fever, we also carried out a thorough study of the literature. Leading a nation towards wealth, advancement, and economic expansion while addressing various issues and worries arising from worldwide circumstances is the primary goal of any nation. Any sickness that appears suddenly defies national economies and health care systems.
