Abstract

WASHINGTON, D.C. — What is the value of a liberal arts degree, and how likely are your liberal arts students to find jobs in their field after graduation? “How can we bridge the divide between liberal arts and vocational work? How can administrators and faculty be engaged to achieve this goal?” asked Justin Topp, Ph.D., assistant dean of science, technology, and mathematics at Endicott College, at a session about reconciling the two at the American Conference of Academic Deans annual conference.
