Abstract

Despite the continuous evolution of new technologies, many organizations remain frustrated at user satisfaction and return on investment of e-learning initiatives. This article reflects on 12 years’ experience of designing learning solutions at Ashridge Business School, and unearths common challenges that have emerged from a portfolio of over 200 virtual clients. The article distils a model to help ensure clarity of thinking in evaluating knowledge and learning technologies in order to connect organizational drivers, from technology selection through to impact.
