DELINQUENCY BEHAVIOR OF MINORS AS PHENOMENON OF RUSSIAN REALITY

Abstract

Today, a special concern is the growing number of crimes committed by minors. Despite the ongoing state juvenile crime prevention in society persist factors determining its development. Juvenile delinquency is an essential part of the overall crime in the country, almost every tenth Russian crime committed by minors or with their participation.
