Abstract

This paper deals with the problem of delay-independent robust stability of networked control systems (NCSs) with structured uncertainties and multiple state time-delays. Modeling of a class of multi-input and multi-output (MIMO) NCSs with multiple delays and uncertainties by new methods are proposed. Based on Lyapunov stability theories combined with linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) techniques, some new stability criteria independent of the delays are derived in terms of LMIs. With these criteria, we can analyze the delay-independent asymptotic stability of uncertain NCSs with multiple time-delays. Compared to other criteria, the proposed criteria are more effective and computationally convenient. Numerical example and simulation show the effectiveness of our proposed criteria and an improvement over previous ones
