Abstract
This paper investigates non-fragile control problems for BIBO stability and stabilization of networked control systems (NCSs) with short time-varying delays (STVDs). To reduce the conservativeness, a NCS with STVDs is converted into a time-varying discrete system with norm-bounded uncertain parameters by using the nominal point method. Based on the small gain theorem, the problems for BIBO stability and stabilization of NCSs with STVD are researched. Applying the linear matrix inequality technique, a design method for non-fragile controller is presented. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by a simulation example.
