Abstract
In this paper, we investigate the delay tolerance for stochastic complex networks (SCNs, in short) under Lyapunov conditions. Based on global Lipschitz coefficients, we show that when the SCN without delay is pth moment exponentially stable, the system with small delays is still pth moment exponentially stable. In addition, we also give the explicit delay bounds. An example is provided to demonstrate the obtained results.
