Abstract

Being lack of the real-time dynamic deformation monitoring methods for the large span bridge recently, the paper makes application of the digital long visual range (shorted as: LVR) photogrammetric model with the uniform proportional pseudo-parallax algorithm in the bridge creatively. Under the normal operating conditions of the bridge, the instantaneous real-time dynamic deformation monitoring is conducted with sea level range exceed more than 2 kilometres and the single hole maximum span 600 meters. The experiment can obtain the instantaneous deformation information of multiple deformation monitoring points, describe the load-deformation curve timely, and can obtain the ideal accuracy measurement results. The results provide a theoretical and practical basis for the health deformation monitoring on the similar large bridges, then achieve the abnormal deformation parts of the bridge in time and make the warning.
