Abstract

The purpose of proposed work is to develop an intelligent model for identifying and classifying faulty objects. Here the bottle in a bottle production unit is considered an object. At this time an advanced optimization technique is used, such as the Artificial Intelligence (AI) system, to classify faulty bottles. The response of the proposed model emphasizes that the least square support vector machine (LSSVM), Linear kernel and the Radial Basis Function (RBF) have the highest overall performance compared to the other classification rate. Therefore, the proposed model is best suited for classification in a production unit.
