Abstract

Catherine Jagoe is a writer and translator. She has worked as a Spanish-language interpreter in hospitals and clinics in Madison, WI. Her poems have appeared in various literary journals, including North American Review, Atlanta Review, Sow's Ear Poetry Review, diode, Rattle, and Kalliope. Poems from her first chapbook, Casting Off (Parallel Press, 2007), have been featured on The Writer's Almanac and Poetry Daily. She is a contributor to Wisconsin Public Radio's Wisconsin Life series.
