Abstract
Measurements of DC-magnetoresistance (MR), axial and circular magnetization versus axial and circular field in surface crystallized Fe77.5Si7.5B15 amorphous wire are presented. Negative longitudinal MR immediately under saturatin has been observed. It has been found that a relatively strong transverse domain-wall contribution is present in these samples. On the basis of this fact, supposing some distribution of easy axes relative to the circular direction, an interpretation of the negative MR has been proposed. Changes in the number of transverse domain walls during magnetic reversal are supposed in the corresponding model.
