Abstract
In Indonesia, village government is a form of governance where the people is directly involved. There are undoubtedly many administrative procedures involved in running a government, and they must be archived. in order for preserved documents to be utilised again when needed. As a result, a system of information that can store village administrative papers is required. In cases where the information system being developed calls for a database, the research will handle database design to ensure that the database constructed for the information system is compliant with the SKPI SP village government's business process requirements. 4. Rarai Village, Regency of Sintang. There are three phases involved in database design: conceptual, logical, and physical. Creation of a database for the town's digital archive information system using a database design process to make it more functional, efficient, and compliant with business procedures used by the local administration.
