Abstract

This study describes the impact of COVID-19 on the income o traders at the Wosi market in Manokwari Regency in 2020. This research is quantitative, using the survey method. Sampling using the purposive sampling technique. A total of 30 traders who sell goods in the Wosi Market are used as research saples. The data includes age gender acceptance in the Wosi market and the duration of traders carried out before and after COVID-19, through structured interviews and observations. Data is collected using descriptive quantitative methods. The results of the study revealed that during COVID-19, the income of Wosi market traders decreased and increased. The decrease was due to the many competitors of traders, or it could also be due to the influence of starting trading hours; their income has decreased, while there are also traders who have experienced and increase in merchant income after COVID -19 because there are any buyers, or the quality of goods sold can be said to be affordable so buyers are attracted to buying goods sold by traders.
 Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan dampak COVID -19 terhadap pendapatan pedagang di pasar Wosi Kabupaten Manokwari tahun 2020. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Sebanyak 30 pedagang yang menjual barang di Pasar Wosi diguakan sebagai sampel penelitian. Data meliputi umur, jenis kelamin, penerimaan di pasar Wosi, durasi perdagangan yang di lakukan sebelum dan sesudah COVID -19, melalui wawancara terstruktur dan obsevasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa selama COVID -19 berlangsung pendapatan pedagang Pasar Wosi mengalami penurunan dan peningkatan. Penurunan disebabkan karena banyak pesaing pedagang atau bisa juga karena pengaruh mulai jam berdagang maka pendapatannya mengalami penurunan sedangkan ada juga para pedagang mengalami semakin meningkat pendapatan pedagang yang sesudah COVID -19 karena banyak pembeli atau kualiatas barang yang dijual bisa dikatakan terjangkau maka para pembeli menarik membeli barang yang di jual para pedagang.
