utmost importance. 5-8 The primary purpose of this review is to highlight the key imaging findings for an array of cystic pancreatic neoplasms. These include the relatively common masses: intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasm (IPMN), serous microcystic adenoma (SMA), and mucinous cystic neoplasm (MCN), as well as less common lesions including cystic endocrine tumors, solid pseudopapillary tumor (SPT), cystic metastases, and lymphangiomas. Finally, this article also provides a comprehensive management algorithm based on lesion size and patient’s symptoms, with recommendations when to reimage patients with those lesions.
