Abstract

To the Editor: Dermatological manifestations of monogenic auto-inflammatory diseases (AIDs) are frequent.1 The Juvenile Inflammatory Rheumatism (JIR) cohort is an international repository of patients with AIDs. The objective of this observational study was to describe the cutaneous manifestations in the 4 main monogenic AIDs from the JIR cohort: familial Mediterranean fever (FMF), tumor necrosis factor-receptor-associated periodic syndrome (TRAPS), cryopyrin-associated periodic syndrome (CAPS), and mevalonate kinase deficiency (MKD).
