Abstract

In recent years, with the application of cervical cytology and virological screening methods, the early diagnosis and treatment of cervical precancerous lesions and cervical cancer emerge an encouraging trend. But, the prevention and control situation is still not optimistic because the overall incidence of cervical cancer has not declined in our country. High-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia is a precancerous lesion and an inevitable stage of cervical cancer. It is necessary to detect and treat the cervical lesion in blocking the occurrence of cervical cancer. At present, cervical conization resection plays an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of cervical precancerous lesions and derives a variety of different types of cervical conization.
