Abstract

Parkinson’s disease (PD) is a neurodegenerative disease. L-dopa-induced dyskinesia (LID) is one of the main types of drug-induced dyskinesia, occurring in patients with PD who have been treated with levodopa for long time. We focus on the research results and further development research directions of LID that include animal models, mechanism and treatments in this review.
