Abstract

This article describes the relationship of socio-economic well-being and human health. The impact of chronic noninfectious diseases on physical performance and quality of life is considered. The economic feasibility of using physical therapy in the treatment of chronic non-infectious diseases is described. Practical problems such as communication, territorial and economic inaccessibility of the services of physical therapists are highlighted. To solve the problems, it is proposed: implementation of protocols of multidisciplinary coordination of specialists, establishment of mobile rehabilitation teams, application of telerehabilitation and use of economically available equipment for physical therapy.
