Abstract
A small-signal model for multiple-output forward converter with current-mode control is derived. The model can accurately predict the small-signal characteristics for current-mode control. It is observed that the power stage pole-zero relative positions, which are critical to the compensator design, are not affected by introducing current-mode control.
