Abstract

Purpose of Research. The purposes of the article are to analyse the protypes of the built-in enterprises of services from ancient times to present days and to research the factors of their origin, compositional transformation and their role in everyday life. Methodology. The author uses the cultural-historical approach to find out the reasons of its development and to highlight the conceptions in the chronological way that have stimulated the invention of the modern forms of the built-in enterprises. In addition, the author applies the art critical method to study the special features that have influenced on the contemporary design of the inclusive enterprises of services. Scientific Novelty. The author is analysing the various factors that have influenced on the organization of the achitectual environment of the enterprises of services, which are placed on the first floor of the residential houses. The researching the history of such enterprises allows us to find out the main factors, which can influence on the development of enterprises of services and to foresee the tendentcies of their future development. Conclusions. The rapid development of the trade relations and incresease of the urban population are the main reasons of appearance and transformation of the enterprises of services, placed on the first floors of the residentional buildings. The increseasing of the social starndards of life has actualized the importance of the enterprises of services near places where people live.
