Abstract

All works of life have a similar or common understanding of the relationship between culture and language, that is, people generally believed that language is an integral part of culture, and culture has a vital influence on language. There is no doubt that there is a close relationship between language and culture. Historical background, life style, behavior norms, are all important parts of the cultural field. It is important to study the cultural factors affecting the formation of both Chinese and English languages and to explore the use of translation strategies for the mutual translation.
