Abstract

"Organizational and managerial theories largely began with the discovery of the importance of people and the socio-human climate for the effective functioning of an organization. However, it is necessary to distinguish between the two universes of the organization. On the one hand, machines and technology, productive flows and the market, productivity and competitiveness of products and on the other hand the universe represented by individual people and the relationships between them, by the knowledge that people store, produce and apply, by the myths they generate and act on or by the values they adhere to and propose as a reference in their relationships with the world around them"
