Abstract

"Culture surrounds us all and we need to understand how it was created, how it developed and evolved, how it was used, managed and modified. Understanding the organizational culture meant understanding the organization we belong to. Organizational culture represents a set of habits, rules, norms, values, specific framework, rituals, traditions. In simple terms, ""how we do things"". It arises from a shared history and it is not possible to adapt or change the organization without it also affecting the culture."
