Abstract

In different territories of the world, especially in emerging countries, it has been considered that, taking advantage of the fact that they still conserve their natural attractions, make tourism a strategy to increase the economic activity of a certain region; It is not that the authors consider monoproductivity as a viable equation, but coupled with other economic dynamics, tourism can help to generate more income. This publication is located on the island of Cuba, in which the objective is to propose that two provinces become involved or increase their participation in activities oriented towards tourism, in consideration of their geographical location. A hypothetical approach has been used.
