Abstract
Introduction: We assessed CT-derived left ventricular (LV) perimeter strain in a cohort of patients with severe regurgitation of the aortic valve or biological aortic valve prothesis and validated it against echocardiographic global longitudinal strain (GLS) derived by 2 dimensional speckle tracking echocardiography as the gold standard.
