Abstract

Zn2+-doped perovskite nanocrystals (NCs) are accepted as photoelectronic materials for used in LED, solar energy and photovoltaic devices but are not yet used in photochemical conversion. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report of use of Zn2+-doped CsPbBr3 NCs borosilicate glass powder in water for hydrogen production. The research results show that the doped nanocrystals perovskite decomposition hydrogen water effect is better than that of pure perovskite nanocrystals, and its hydrogen generation rate reached 127 μmol/g. In addition, Zn2+ -doped CsPbBr3 perovskite NCs glass also greatly solves the problems of water, light and chemical instability, including rapid deactivation. The photocatalytic hydrogen production rule of with different Zn2+ doping amounts and the photocatalytic hydrogen production effect with different nanocrystalline concentrations were also investigated.
