Abstract

It is very important to trap fullerenes (C60) in covalent organic frameworks (COFs) to obtain functional composites (C60@COF) because of their remarkable physicochemical properties. A mesoporous COF was used as an available scaffold for in situ encapsulating electroactive C60. The C60@COF composite possesses many advantages, such as high surface area, fine stability, good electroactive and large conjugated structure, resulting in the C60@COF-modified electrode with high load capacity of aptamer stands. The electrochemical impedimetric aptasensor can determinate tobramycin with an extremely low limit of detection (1.38 fg·mL−1). Also, the impedimetric aptasensor has high specificity, nice stability, available repeatability and good regeneration.
