Abstract
A cryogenic sample manipulator for ultrahigh vacuum studies of surfaces by Raman spectroscopy of physisorbed gasses is described. The development of a cryogenic off−axis sample manipulator that can be cooled to 15 K and allows the sample to be placed at any distance desired from the rotational axis is reported in this paper.
