Abstract

The strategic management theory has not yet managed to offer solutions to all the conceptual and practical challenges launched by specialists. Moreover, in the context of the current economic crisis, there is the need to redefine the coordinates of the strategic analysis and strategic planning with the purpose of offering solutions adapted to the difficulties that the organizations are confronted with in the present. The scenarios of companies’ strategic recovery must follow macroeconomic recovery scenarios, thus the effort of companies will not produce consequences at the macroeconomic level either.The critical demarche proposes to outline a series of limitations of the strategic management concepts and indicate what manners of developing concepts new could be approached and which would be the appropriate method.
