Abstract
The present studying analyses the provision of Art. 66a of the Protected Areas Act. It regulates that general or individual administrative acts issued under this section are subject of appeal before the relevant administrative court following the Code of Administrative Procedure. We consider the legislative approach in this provision as an incorrect and unconstitutional, so de lege ferenda we suggest its repeal.
