Abstract
In the article the essence of crisis management of Ukrainian food enterprises is considered in the conditions of economic transformations, the features of display of crisis and influence of factors of external and internal environment are certain on development of crisis, importance of the preventive adjusting of crisis displaysfor providing of food security and ant crisis events for food enterprises.

First of all you need a support of a small business by the state, improvement of the legislation that will strengthen the rights and enhance the activities of small businesses and enhance their own competitiveness, preferential taxation policy and in relation to such enterprises will provide the opportunities for their development, create additional jobs, replenishment of the state budget, and the like

As it was shown by the previous research, to ensure the competitiveness of the small business enterprises it is necessary to conduct the research of influence of factors on competitiveness and efficiency of the activity.
