Abstract

In this article, the author analyzes the activities of management companies of the urban-type settlement of Gornouralsky, Sverdlovsk region. The relevance of the work is justified by the high degree of deterioration of the communal infrastructure, as well as the fact that every household consumes housing and communal services daily. Living in the absence of centralized services of this kind seems difficult and devoid of the comfort level familiar to many of us. Insufficient crisis stability of the industry enterprises can lead to interruption of the provision of services, provoke social tension and pose a threat to the life and health of citizens. The author proves that the current regulatory framework creates conditions for abuse by consumers and provokes a decrease in the level of crisis adaptation of management companies. These circumstances lead to the practice of cyclical bankruptcies of management companies with the accumulation of accounts payable, as well as the growth of non-profit.
