Abstract

Objective: Because there is no ovarian progesterone contribution to the endometrium and developing fetus, oocyte donation provides an excellent model to assess exogenous progesterone supplementation. Crinone® gel is the only product approved by the FDA for luteal support. This study compares its efficacy to IM progesterone.
