Abstract

AbstractThe abstract should summarize the contents of the paper in short terms, i.e. 150–250 words. Introduction: The object of the study is a public road network. The subject of the study is a digital public road model. The implementation of an expanded concept for a digital public road model creation and the ways of its development are currently regulated by the action plan of December 18, 2017 in the direction of “Formation of research competencies and technological foundations” of the program “Digital Economy of the Russian Federation” and the measures provided for by the federal project “System-wide measures for the development of the road facilities” of December 20, 2018 and are priority areas of digital transformation of the road facilities and transport complex of the Russian Federation. To analyze the measurement results of the pavement longitudinal evenness of the public road control sections obtained using mobile laser scanning systems and mobile diagnostic laboratories; to evaluate the accuracy of determining the spatial position (planned and altitude position) of objects (elements of arrangement, defects, etc.) from the point cloud of laser scanning and photo, video images recorded respectively by mobile laser scanning systems and mobile road laboratories and the accuracy of determining the parameters of the public road geometric elements (section length, pavement width, pavement area; to analyze the measurement results of the pavement longitudinal evenness of the public road control sections obtained using mobile laser scanning systems and mobile diagnostic laboratories; to develop a unified system of views, approaches, definitions, etc. to form a methodological basis for creating a digital public road model as the basis for carrying out measures for the digital transformation of the road facilities and the transport complex of the Russian Federation. Identification of roadside infrastructure objects, arrangement elements; coating defect determination; georadar scanning profile analysis; mobile road laboratory use. The main directions are proposed for the development of an expanded concept for creating a digital public road model, as well as its use as an information basis for creating, storing and using data on public roads, taking into account the development planning of the road transport network, design, construction and operation of the public road network.KeywordsDigital public road modelDiagnostics of public roadsInfra-BIMLaser scanning
