Abstract
Our main purpose is to introduce the concepts of upper and lower $c$-quasi $(\tau_1,\tau_2)$-continuous multifunctions. Moerover, several characterizations of upper and lower $c$-quasi $(\tau_1,\tau_2)$-continuous multifunctions are established.
