The histological tissue section features tuft cells in green (DCLK1+), ILC2s and NK cells in red (KLRG1+), T cells in white (CD3ε+), and nuclei in blue (DAPI+). The image is taken from Varela et al., where the authors show that ILC2-derived IL-4/IL-13 plays a critical and non-redundant role for lung eosinophilia and rapid worm expulsion after N. brasiliensis infection.
