Abstract
In mammalian oocytes the meiotic spindle (green) migrates to the cortex and leads to the unique asymmetric cell division, generating a small polar body and a big egg. This process is regulated by actin filaments (red). Knock down of Dynamin expression caused the failure of this process. Blue: DNA.
