Abstract
The Cover Feature shows the oxidative cleavage of alkenes and oxidation of sulfides via water soluble CdSe quantum dots. The reactions were carried out in the water with oxygen as oxidant, with turnover numbers up to 37000. In a word, this approach is green and sustainable.
