Abstract
Although the Society for Vascular Surgery guidelines have recommended computed tomography (CT) angiography (CTA) or ultrasound for surveillance after endovascular aortic repair, consensus has been reached regarding the optimal timing and modalities. The differential costs, risks, and diagnostic utility of CTA, color duplex ultrasound (CDU), and contrast enhanced ultrasound (CEU) merit a cost-effectiveness analysis to estimate the outcomes of the various strategies.
