Abstract

The authors regret that we have ignored the previously published work by Victoria A. Webster in drafting our article and we apologize for that. We have mentioned their work in the updated article as follows. “In 2017, Webster et. al devised the first biohybrid robot by the actuation of neuromuscular tissue from Aplysia californica. The designed robot moved as the result of anisotropic friction of its four-legged geometry [13]. Here, we have presented the design with different geometries to mimic the bioinspired motion by varying the contact area. The robot was then fabricated and analyzed for the movement.” [13] V.A.
