Abstract

In the Full Paper by H. Gao and co-authors, incorrect values for the melting point, decomposition temperature and 13C NMR chemical shifts of triazolium 2,4,5-trinitroimidazolate (6) were given. The correct values are given below. The above errors were caused by the analysis of an impure compound. As a result, the melting point, decomposition temperature and 13C NMR spectrum for the salt 1,2,4-triazolium 2,4,5-trinitroimidazolate (6) are unfortunately incorrect. The correct values are: melting point 216.5 °C (5 °C min−1) and 217.2 °C (10 °C min−1); the decomposition temperature 232.5 °C (5 °C min−1) and 250.8 °C (10 °C min−1); and the 13C NMR spectrum shifts at 146.8, 143.7, 138.3 ppm ([D6]DMSO solvent). These values replace the original data: Tm=146.4 °C; Td=220.5 °C; and 13C NMR shifts: 147.7, 144.6, 139.2, 136.2 ppm. The discussion and conclusions are not changed. The authors apologize for the errors and for any inconvenience caused.
