Abstract

Correlation of forms of state and forms of law The article substantiates the thesis that the formation of a socio-legal state is possible if its features are enshrined in social norms, namely in legal norms. At the same time, the location or hierarchy of sources (forms) of law determines the effectiveness of implementation of the best current forms of statehood. The present scientific article is of practical value for lawmakers, politicians, researchers interested in the issues of natural, objective improvement of the institutions of state and law.
