The data was collected using a questionnaire consisting of principal instructional leadership (40 items), achievement motivation (40 items) and job satisfaction (40 items) using a questionnaire instrument that has passed the validity and reliability test using the product moment person correlation. Meanwhile, teacher performance data (51 items) were taken from the teacher assessment performance documentation. The stages of data analysis started from descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, hypothesis testing, and path analysis.
