Abstract

The article formulates a number of key requirements for the development of strategic plans for the development of domestic corporations. The special importance of the consistency of corporate and state industrial development programs is emphasized. The main stages of corporate management actions to take into account the priorities of the national industrial policy are outlined. The features of the program-target (project) methodology of corporate planning are characterized. The main stages of the development of corporate plans, including for integrated structures, are recommended. The main provisions on the planning of production, sales and innovation activities of companies are considered. An algorithm for determining prospective production volumes is proposed. The actions of corporate management to improve the marketing policy of the business are characterized. The importance of the logistics component in the implementation of corporate programs is emphasized.
