Abstract

The paper explored urgency in seeking a personal identity for a corporate body. A Corporate identity gains in im-portance while upgrading the corporate culture. The corpo-rate identity consolidates the members of the staff for the sake of the common mission that makes for both a well-balanced development of an enterprise in economy terms and every member of the team, while facilitating awareness of the proper conduct required, i.e. showing respect, soli-darity and goodwill to the colleagues. The paper also speci-fied the properties, characteristics and basic duties of the corporate identity appearing for a an interface that is capa-ble not only of encouraging a productive activity but also helps employees realize their personal value for the com-mon cause. The study mentioned that even in case of one and only corporate identity, one can assume not only in-crease of labour productivity, but also some positive atti-tude changes in the employees to their professional duties performance, an increased interest in achieving jointly advancement of the company, and attitude changes in the scale of values and orientations.
