Abstract

Engineering has been, and will continue to be, a prime candidate for corporate culture change, because of competitive pressures, changes in legislation and, from time to time, unfriendly exchange rates, and because some of the older firms come under new management who want change. In addition, in management, we can see other factors at play. For example, factors that can hold back an engineering firm and impact on business performance, even if the firm has been through several decades of steady growth.
