Abstract

Optimalization of the synthesis of porous polymers of di(p-acrylphenyl)sulfone, (p-hydroxyphenyl-p-acrylphenyl)sulfone, and divinylbenzene is presented. Porous structure of the obtained copolymers were studied. Polymer of the most regular porous structure was chemically modified in order to obtain materials of π-electron donor–acceptor properties which can be applied as specific sorbents. The influence of modification process on their porous structures was also studied.
